1.0 Information

1.1 Randy Warden & Associates (“RW&A”) shall legally gather and manage information for business purposes including but not limited to: customer relations management, risk or business analysis, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

2.0 Safeguards

2.1 Information is made available only to those with a need to know, a right to know, and appropriate security clearance.

2.2 Methods of protection and safeguards to be employed shall include but in no way be necessarily limited to secure vault storage, secured filing cabinets, secured offices and storage areas, as well as technological measures such as passwords and encryption.

3.0 Complaints

3.1 RW&A shall investigate all complaints.

3.2 If the complaint is deemed justified, RW&A shall take the appropriate steps to ensure that compliance is achieved and will make changes to its policies to allow for compliance in the future.
